We’ve all been in teams that have just worked. It’s a great feeling, being part of a group that understands, trusts and supports each other. A well-functioning team can achieve anything, but it’s a rare, and fragile, thing. The smallest change to the make-up of that team can completely change the dynamic and suddenly, it’s just a group of individuals again.
Achieving great team cohesion has been made even harder of late by widespread remote working - when the team don’t even sit together, what chance do we have? And when teams aren’t working well, you can really feel it: productivity drops, morale plummets, and individuals become demotivated and disengaged.

Our core Team Cohesion programme builds on recognised teamwork and motivation models, providing a practical framework for the team to feel psychologically safe, build trust and move towards constructive challenge.
We help teams to identify and articulate their reason for being, turn that into something that can be tangibly measured and give them the problem-solving tools they need to remove obstacles.
Depending on the make-up of the team, and the nature of their work, we then introduce an appropriate communication and team organisation system to support their day-to-day activities.

You can only have a cohesive, accountable team if everyone has the same information. Through visual management and clearly-defined measures, we ensure everyone is on the same page.

It’s vital that team members can express any concerns in an attentive and supportive environment. We coach the team to hold a space for each other every day to ensure that support is available.
